Darrell brings over 20 years of experience in project management and organizational change management, with a strong focus on healthcare and human services (HHS) programs. He spent 16 years with Georgia’s Department of Human Services, where he began his career training newly hired HHS staff for the DeKalb County Division of Family and Children Services. He went on to hold several leadership roles within the state of Georgia. During that time, he worked closely with teams supporting the Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program (SNAP), Medicaid, Temporary Assistance for Needy Families (TANF), and Child Care Services to align policies, deliver workshops on policy changes, and support the development of IT tools. He also served as a senior project manager on several IT initiatives that enhanced business operations and service delivery. He ultimately served as Senior Director of Operations. In that role, he the oversaw day-to-day business operations for more than 7,000 agency staff.
Darrell joined CSG in 2021 and currently leads our Organizational Change Management team for the Massachusetts Health Insurance Exchange (HIX) modernization project. He consistently produces quality work products, has built strong relationships with client leadership, and promotes a positive “one team” approach across the MA HIX program.
