Team CSG Spotlight: Camille Schiller

Camille is a project manager with more than 20 years of public sector experience improving IT systems and ensuring compliance with state and
federal requirements. She began her IT career at Boise State University, managing enhancements to its financial aid system. She later joined the Idaho Department of Health and Welfare as Program Manager for Health Coverage Assistance, where she expanded access to care for Idahoans. Her responsibilities included overseeing Medicaid eligibility for children, adults, pregnant women, and aged, blind, or disabled individuals, as well as partnering with child welfare staff to improve access to health care for children in foster care.

Since joining CSG in 2022, Camille has supported multiple states in implementing Comprehensive Child Welfare Information Systems. For New Mexico’s child welfare project, she led business process reengineering activities and helped ensure the system design supported improved operations. She also helped establish the quality assurance team for Kansas’ child welfare system implementation. As Project Manager, she leads quality control, independent testing, and compliance activities to ensure system requirements are met, while promoting transparent communication and cross-functional collaboration.

Camille says, “Supporting children and families has always been meaningful to me, so I am honored to use my child welfare expertise to help our clients achieve their missions. I am grateful to work with exceptional professionals who continually challenge and inspire me, and I appreciate being part of a company that truly values its people while remaining committed to client success.”

Thank you, Camille, for your leadership in improving public benefits programs!
