PMO Services for New Mexico’s H.R. 1 Implementation Activities

CSG Helps New Mexico Navigate Complex Federal Policy Changes

CSG is supporting New Mexico in evaluating the impact, response planning, and implementation activities needed within Medicaid, SNAP, TANF, and other HHS programs to comply with these new federal requirements. Our team provides program-level planning, tracking, reporting, and risk management; develops recommendations and approaches for legislative or operational responses; and develops documentation needed to meet compliance requirements.
We are supporting the State in tracking progress and maintaining visibility into interdependencies, milestones, and risks across programs to achieve federal compliance ahead of the impending deadlines. CSG’s assessments provide a holistic view of the Medicaid portfolio, providing oversight across all vendors to ensure contracted services are being met, common processes and procedures are followed, and information is shared across the Health Care Authority.
