The entire library of more than 1,000 high-quality artifacts resides in a custom-built app allowing every CSG employee instant access to the accumulated knowledge and experience of our organization.
TeamCSGSM
CSG deploys our automated suite of high-value TeamCSGSM tools on all of our projects. Deployed on a SharePoint, web-based collaboration platform, our powerful tools incorporate lessons learned and best practices from our experience on similar projects around the country.
The CSG Way Training Program
Our training program, The CSG Way, is focused on continuously developing the skills of our employees and sharing knowledge across our organization. The program includes courses that develop our team’s analytical and management skills; expand program knowledge; and prepare for project assignments.
