Senior Principal

Sally is a project manager in CSG's Healthcare and Human Services and Child Support practices. She is a PMI-certified Project Management Professional with more than 25 years of project management, strategy, and consulting experience in information technology. Sally’s experience includes management of all project phases including feasibility study, vendor selection, application design, development, quality assurance, resource planning, implementation and vendor management. She has provided executive-level oversight to many complex and high profile technology projects, including interacting with State agency directors and sponsors, vendor leadership, and entire project teams to ensure successful outcomes. Sally has worked extensively with federal partners, including creating APDs, conducting gate reviews and obtaining approval for federal financial participation.
