Ann is CSG's Corporate Vice President and leads our CSG Tech research, technology, and training organization, delivering state-of-the art tools and knowledge to our project teams that enable CSG to provide consistently high quality services to our clients. Ann has 20 years of experience in all aspects of complex information systems and a BS from Northern Illinois University.
