Alicia is a business analyst in CSG’s Child Welfare practice. She has more than 30 years of experience working in child welfare and other human services programs, providing business and systems analysis, project management, policy analysis, and training for state, local, and tribal organizations. Alicia is well versed in business process mapping and reengineering, with an extensive history working with both internal and external stakeholders to align business requirements and strategy. She has more than 10 years of experience managing IT projects and participating in IT portfolio planning.
