Project Management Office
Connecticut contracted with CSG to establish a Project Management Office (PMO) for the Child Support System Replacement project. Our team is developing project plans and executing project controls, facilitating key decision-making and change control processes, and reporting on project progress to State leadership. CSG is also managing an integrated project schedule and reporting on key metrics. The team also supports User Acceptance Testing, data exchange, and data clean-up and conversion activities.
