Jen has over 15 years of project management and technical experience for healthcare and human services projects and programs. She began her career as a Para-Educator for the Lincoln Public School District and continued working for the Nebraska Department of Health and Human Services for 13 before joining CSG. Jen provided business analysis for a number of IT systems supporting public assistance programs in Nebraska, including the integrated eligibility, child welfare, child support, childcare, claims management, and vaccine registration systems. Additionally, Jen assisted the intake unit with field investigations for child abuse.
Since joining CSG in 2023, Jen has provided project management office services for the Illinois Department of Children and Family Services’ Comprehensive Child Welfare Information System implementation. She supports multiple workstreams throughout discovery and software development, conducts thorough risk management, and maintains trustworthy relationships with key stakeholders.
