Robert is a business analyst in CSG’s Child Support practice. He has over 12 years of experience in the IT industry working with state government programs to implement modernized systems. He is well versed in federal policy compliance, business requirements definition, and data modeling, as well as change management, training development, and business process improvement. Robert is the former IV-D Director for the Idaho Department of Health and Welfare, where he oversaw the modernization of the state’s child support system and improved efficiency of the overall child support program.
