Charity is a business analyst in CSG’s Child Support practice. She has more than 15 years of public sector IT and project management experience working as an infrastructure engineer, training specialist, and information systems technician. Prior to joining CSG, Charity worked on multiple large-scale projects for the Idaho Department of Health and Welfare, serving as a liaison between the child support staff, IT division, and the communication team. She has developed training materials including self-help tutorials, e-learning simulations, how-to documents, and contributed to the deployment of softphones in the agency environment. Charity has provided quality assurance and direct support for senior leadership, stakeholders, and employees to ensure they meet their expectations and performance goals.
