Mario is a senior technical analyst in CSG’s Healthcare and Human Services and Program Modernization practices. He has more than 35 years of experience in the IT industry leading engineering and IT teams through the full software development life cycle. Previously, Mario was at Motorola, leading the design and implementation of multiple innovative solutions and process improvements including enhanced cloud platforms, applications, and consumer portals. He is well versed in both Agile and waterfall methodologies and is an Agile Certified Scrum Master. He brings extensive expertise in data and requirements management, process modeling, solution design, and software engineering.
