La’Tivia is a Project Manager and Medicaid expert with over 20 years of government operations and system modernization consulting experience. She began her career in government consulting as a customer service associate before advancing to senior liaison for the U.S. Department of Labor. La’Tivia shifted her focus to the Medicaid program in 2008, establishing herself as a Medicaid expert while serving as a Provider Enrollment Supervisor for the Florida Agency for Healthcare Administration MMIS implementation project. Since joining CSG in 2012, she has supported eight other states with Medicaid Information Technology Architecture assessments, Integrated Eligibility and Enrollment system replacements, and Medicaid Enterprise System modernization projects through the full project life cycle. La’Tivia has also moderated CSG’s monthly MES Certification Discussion Group, facilitating conversation about the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services Streamlined Modular Certification developments, best practices for implementation, and emerging trends.
For the past six years, La’Tivia has applied her extensive Medicaid knowledge and certification expertise to support the Vermont Department of Health’s Medicaid Enterprise Replacement project as the IV&V Project Manager and Certification Lead. With the support of La’Tivia and the CSG team, Vermont has successfully certified five modules.
