He is a PMI-certified Project Management Professional (PMP) with over 25 years of experience supporting the implementation of child welfare IT systems. Joseph has provided analysis and oversight for child welfare modernizations in five states and has supported the development of solutions compliant with federal Comprehensive Child Welfare Information System requirements. He is a Licensed Certified Social Worker.
