Deanne is a business analyst in CSG’s Healthcare and Human Services practice. She has more than 25 years of diverse HHS experience working at the State of South Dakota. Her expertise includes IT leadership, operations, project management standards, and Management Information Systems. Deanne previously worked for South Dakota Bureau of Information and Telecommunications where she specialized in software and portfolio management, process improvement, change management, and problem-solving. She defined application requirements and business rules for the South Dakota Department of Social Services’ programs, including Medicaid, SNAP, TANF, child support, and child care.
