He is a PMI-certified Project Management Professional, in addition to being certified in Risk and Information System Controls (CRISC) and Scaled Agile Framework. He has 25 years of experience working in multiple aspects of program and project management, business development and operations, independent verification and validation, quality assurance, and IT solutions delivery. He has held leadership roles for modernization programs in Medicaid, eligibility, workers’ compensation, tax and revenue. He brings extensive experience in senior leadership roles for IT management consulting firms.
