Erica is a business analyst in CSG’s Healthcare and Human Services practice. She has over 10 years of experience in government programs, including as Lead Business Analyst for the State of Nebraska’s eligibility system modernization. Erica has worked closely with stakeholders, subject matter experts, and agency staff to document and understand business requirements and functional design specifications for new systems. She also supports adding functionality enhancements to existing systems. She has subject matter expertise in the areas of Medicaid, SNAP, LIHEAP, child protective services, and adult protective services.
