Her expertise includes developing policy, maintaining stakeholder relations, and leading advocacy and customer service initiatives. Philana has more than 15 years in state healthcare and human services administration experience in the states of Nebraska and Missouri and has supported the implementation of Medicaid Management Information Systems, eligibility, health insurance marketplace, and Comprehensive Child Welfare Information Systems.
