Christopher is a business and technical analyst in CSG’s Child Support and Child Welfare practices. He has more than 20 years of experience in the child welfare and juvenile justice programs and has supported Comprehensive Child Welfare Information System (CCWIS) implementations in Indiana and New Mexico. Christopher has held multiple IT leadership roles for system operations and modernization efforts, and has extensive experience with system design and development, testing, quality assurance, and applications and infrastructure management. He is skilled at analyzing technical elements of complex projects and making recommendations to ensure compliance with state and federal requirements.
