Octavia is an Operations Coordinator on CSG’s Professional Development Team. She is skilled at creating, organizing, and maintaining detailed documents to support internal staffing and development processes. She supports project staffing by identifying consultants whose expertise and experience meet the needs of CSG’s various projects and client needs. She also supports our staff with professional development activities including creating onboarding and learning plans, coordinating the performance evaluation process, and supporting staff achievement of relevant industry certifications.
