Scott is a business and technical analyst in CSG’s Healthcare and Human Services and Child Welfare practices. He is a certified Scrum Master with over 15 years of IT experience. Scott has an extensive background in requirements development, system development, and testing in an Agile environment. He has supported Medicaid and child welfare IT projects in several states and previously supported the Data Element Library project for the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services.
