Darrell is a project manager in CSG’s Healthcare and Human Services practice. He is a PMI-certified Project Management Professional with over 20 years of experience in project management, including serving as the Senior Director of Operations for the Georgia Division of Family and Children Services (DFCS). Darrell provided oversight as an executive advisor on DFCS projects including strategy, planning, data analysis, business process change management, and training. He has worked to ensure federal policy compliance for several large-scale systems including Medicaid, integrated eligibility, health insurance marketplace, child welfare, and child care.
