Sarah is a business analyst and subject matter expert in CSG’s Child Support practice. With over 15 years of experience in Child Support, Sarah has worked as a business analyst, policy analyst, lead case manager, training and outreach coordinator, and constituent liaison for the state of Oregon. Sarah has experience ensuring compliance with federal guidelines through full project lifecycles, performing gap analysis and user acceptance testing, and fulfilling team leadership and training duties. Prior to joining CSG, Sarah spent more than three years as the lead analyst for the successful federal certification of Oregon’s modernized child support system, participating in requirements development and traceability and testing management.
