Wenda Berry is a project manager and business analyst in CSG’s Healthcare and Human Services practice. She is a PMI-certified Project Management Professional with more than 20 years of systems analysis experience, including clarifying business requirements, performing gap analysis of As-Is and To-Be business processes, and designing processes and system improvements to increase productivity and reduce organizational costs. She has a strong understanding of Waterfall and Agile/Scrum software development methodologies, applying her experience to manage project resource alignment, issue and risk mitigation, change control, budget allocation, and timelines for public and private sector system modernizations. She has supported implementations of Medicaid, eligibility, health insurance marketplace, electronic healthcare records, and workers’ compensation systems in states across the country.
